Warm Room is built to be a private, trustworthy record of your menopause symptoms. The app runs on your device, has no accounts, and collects no personal data about you.

What we collect

Nothing. Warm Room does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking or data brokers. We do not know who you are or how you use the app.

Where your data lives

Every hot flash, night sweat, mood entry, sleep entry, treatment and note you record is stored in Warm Room's private storage on your iPhone. The app and its home-screen widget share this data through a private app group on your device; it is never uploaded to us or anyone else.

If you have iCloud Backup enabled for your device, your Warm Room data may be included in your personal encrypted Apple backup, under your control through your Apple account. This is handled entirely by Apple, not by us.

Health data

Warm Room does not read from or write to Apple Health, and does not request any system permission — not Health, not notifications, not location, not photos. Everything the app knows about your symptoms and treatments is what you typed into it.

In-app purchase

Warm Room offers one optional, one-time purchase that unlocks the complete PDF report. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store and StoreKit; Warm Room never sees your payment details, and no purchase data is sent to us.

The PDF report and CSV export

The report and CSV file Warm Room can generate are built from your own data, entirely on your device, and are shared only when you choose to share, print or save them yourself — through the standard iOS share sheet.

Children

Warm Room is a general-audience health-logging app and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date. Since the app collects no personal data, any change is expected to be minor.
