A two-tap menopause symptom log for iPhone, no subscription

Hot flashes, night sweats, mood, sleep and HRT — free to log, $4.99 once for the doctor report

Warm Room logs a hot flash or night sweat in two taps, even at 3 a.m., then shows the pattern on one calendar and turns it into a PDF your doctor will actually read.

Free to download and use — unlimited logging, the calendar, the treatment log and CSV export.
A one-time purchase of $4.99 unlocks the doctor-ready PDF report. No subscription, no ads.

Questions

Is Warm Room really free?

Yes. Logging episodes, editing them, the calendar, the hormone therapy and supplement log, and CSV export are all free with no limits and no time bomb. The only paid feature is the full PDF report, a one-time $4.99 purchase — not a subscription.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no account anywhere in the app. Your data stays on your device.

How fast can I log a hot flash or night sweat?

Two taps: one to start it (saved immediately, before you rate anything), one to say how strong it was. Mood and sleep take the same two taps. Everything else — a note, context tags — can be added later.

Can I show the report to my doctor?

Yes. The PDF report covers episode counts by type, average intensity, when they happen, sleep and mood, and the hormone therapy and supplements you were taking, for any date range you choose — formatted to print, save to Files, or send by email.

Does the app diagnose anything or tell me what's causing my symptoms?

No. Warm Room records what you tell it and shows counts and frequencies — it does not diagnose anything, identify causes, or give medical advice, and it does not recommend or adjust any hormone therapy or supplement. For any medical question, talk to your doctor.
