A simple checklist you can use today
- List each medicine with its dose text and the time of day, written down once, with your parent.
- Choose one confirmation: a tick on a chart, a message, or a tap. One action, every time.
- Decide what counts as late (for example two hours after the usual time) and what you will do then, such as one call.
- Decide who else may confirm a dose, and make sure it is recorded as their action, not your parent's.
- Review the week together once. If doses are regularly missed, raise it with your parent's doctor or pharmacist.
